Service Above and Beyond

I am in the process of moving back to the East Coast this spring (2024); thus in December I notified my Dr Sharon Wright that I would not renew my membership.
My prior family care doctor had welcomed me back - unfortunately, I became quite ill just prior to the Christmas holidays. I was unable to reach my previous doctor (no one answered the phone over a period of 3 days) I was able to leave a voicemail on the 4th day (to this day I have not had a call back)!
I called Dr Wright’s office - I was able to get in to be seen that day! She was not concerned about my membership- I was still covered until end of December - all she was concerned with is my health and well being!. Consequently I signed up again for MDVIP for this quarter and the following ones, (even when I move) as access to a doctor, when needed is vital, particularly for sudden, unexpected illnesses.
