See you Monday morning at 8 am!

I was in pain and live 3 hours away from my VIP doctor - Dr. Pimentel in Katy, TX. I called him on Friday afternoon to describe the pain, and he said, "I'll see you in my office at 8 am Monday". Concerned with what he found; I had an appointment with M.D. Anderson Oncologist 3 days later. It started a round of surgeries and I am about to start chemo/radiation.

If Dr. Pimentel had not been as responsive or if he was not able to refer me to the oncologist right away, I am not sure what I would be dealing with now. As it is, I've got this! I appreciate his availability, expertise and especially his concern!
