Saving a Life

My husband Tony was released from Renown Hospital on Sunday. Dr. Johnson came to see him at home on Tuesday. He said Tony had pneumonia, called the local pharmacy and had a prescription to be filled immediately for an antibiotic. My nephew went immediately to pick up the med. Dr. Johnson said Tony probably needed to go to the ER. By the time my nephew returned Tony's condition worsen dramatically and the paramedics were called and Tony was taken to Carson Tahoe. At the ER they put him on a ventilator. He was diagnosed with covid and pneumonia. Without Dr.Johnson home visit and diagnosis, Tony probably would have died. During Tony's two week hospitalization, Dr. Johnson kept me informed of all of Tony's tests, what care he was given, and the progression of recovery.
