Dr. Michael Hendrick noticed that I hadn't had a PSA test in a while, so he sent me to the hospital to have it done. It showed that I had prostate cancer. A test by a urologist showed that I had a very aggressive cancer that had spread to surrounding tissue. He said that I didn't have much of a chance. I had 8 weeks of radiation therapy plus 2 years of other shots. That was 10 years ago, and I am thankful for Dr. Hendrick's attention to details that sent me to have that PSA test that saved my life
