Retirement - New physician

When Doctor Alter retired i was worried that her replacement would not continue with her level of competence! Upon meeting Dr Ridge for the first time I was pleasantly surprised by her attentiveness to my needs! She had excellent listening skills and clearly was a problem solver! In follow up sessions she showed time and time again her ability to think out of the box! Her follow-up to appointments were effcient and effective! I have deep appreciation for Dr. Ridges skills and personality! I am grateful she has settled in West Chester. Her team is also wonderful! Thanks Dr. Ridge for all your concern and care!
