Since becoming MDVIP Dr. Chanez and his staff are very responsive to our needs. Dr. Chanez and Pam are always there to take our calls even during the evenings and weekends! This is the way doctors used to treat their patients and we sincerely appreciate it when we need help dealing with health related issues.
