Resourcefulness & Compassion

Our Dr. retired in December2023. Dr. Chantelle Chen took over the practice in January 2024. We were scheduled for a followup (from August appointment) shortly after she became our new MDVIP doctor. The day of our appointment, I fell ill and had to cancel. Rather than reschedule, Dr. Chen offered a telehealth appointment ( to address the sudden illness, but also to stay on schedule with our appointments). We appreciated her consideration and feel we are in good hands with our new physician. Dr. John Carter’s selection of his successor was definitely well thought out. We appreciate both MDVIP doctors.
