Rescued!

My name is Shannon Wells, I am a patient of Dr. Elizabeth Cerva located at the MDVIP office in Hockessin Delaware. I had forgotten to request a refill from Dr. Cerva for a critical care medication I take daily, it was after hours and I sent a message to Dr. Cerva and she responded with a message letting me know she would take care of it right away and not long afterwords I received a text from my pharmacy letting me know my script was ready for pickup. I am a 62 years old and I can’t tell you how much it meant to me to have Dr. Cerva respond quickly. She is a terrific physician and an amazing person!
