REMEMBERING A MOMENT
She was kneeling down beside my late husband's chair in his office at our home. He was old, very tired, and needed a compassionate and dedicated doctor who would be by his side in his final months or years of life. She did not ask me to try to take my husband to her office. She simply offered to visit him. She knew he had dementia and was dealing with other health issues. How many doctors would even consider taking on such a patient? I do not know what kind of oath or promise she made when she became a doctor but I do know that she exemplifies what it means to truly help and serve all of God's children on this earth. My internist of 43 years retired last year and I asked her if she would be willing to accept me as a new patient. I am eighty five years old. I wanted a doctor that was knowledgeable, compassionate, organized and available to help me navigate important health questions for the rest of my life. I am now a patient of Dr. Marianne Fleming and highly reccomend her and MDVIP services to everyone. She is a gift to all of us who are fortunate enough to have her with us on this wonderful journey!
