reassurance

Last year my cousin and his children came to visit me from Poland. In preparation for their visit I wanted to know that if they had a medical issue while visiting that they could see a doctor without a problem. Doctor Kleinhen assured me that he would see them if there were a need, and if any fee were required, it would be a reasonable amount. As it turns out, they never needed any medical attention, but it was reassuring to know that they could, if necessary, easily obtain it.
Also, when I had a covid episode on a weekend, it was reassuring to be able to discuss it with Dr Kleinhen by calling him on his cell phone.
I have only rarely used this privilege of direct cell phone contact, but it is very reassuring to have that option.
