Everybody follows up these days, the good ones, anyway. Spenser Reed and his staff go beyond; they follow-up their follow-up, when appropriate. You know they are there and they care. I received surgical cafe from a local hospital, and even though Dr. Reed's office was not involved, they emailed and called to find out how things were going and answered my questions when things went sideways. Having support like this is priceless.
