Putting the CARE back into Primary Care

I found my to Dr. Santos Martin’s office after searching for answers to a complex medical issue which had significantly compromised my ability to function in most areas of my life. I was at the end of my rope, exhausted by the underlying issues but also the struggle to find answers with minimal direction from previous treaters. Not only was it tiring but costly in terms of time spent off work, deductibles as I was often seeking misdirected medical advise.

From the moment I made contact with Dr. Helena Santos Martin’s and her staff I was treated with warmth, courtesy, kindness and respect. Dr. Santos-Martin’s was able to immediately identify and diagnose the issue at hand make clear recommendations and work with me collaboratively to put together a comprehensive plan and find Specialists who were skilled responsive. Each of The Administrative and Clinical Support Staff in her office went over and beyond to assure that all referrals prescriptions and some ensuing paperwork were completed accurately and timely when I was frankly under the weather and not on the ball.
I am not sure where I would be frankly without the expertise and care of Dr. Santos-Martin’s and her staff at this time and am exceedingly grateful to be on the track to full restoration based on the extensive time you have taken to assist me, your incredible expertise and most of all your commitment to putting the “Care” back into Primary Care Medicine.
