I had a very scary moment on Sunday morning right before leaving for church. It required immediate medical attention so, not being sure what to do, I called Dr. Toupin’s cell phone. He answered it on the second ring and told me exactly where to go after I described my issue. it was so comforting to know that if I have a problem, he is only a phone call away with great advice.
