I have been a patient of Dr. Christopher Bates for over 20 years. He always provides top professional service. When I call his office, I always get a response to my questions, quick appointment when necessary or even a call from Dr. Bates if needed just to clarify a question I have or to explain a test result. Dr. Bates genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being, and this is just as important to me as his professional manner. Over the years he has not just been a doctor for my medical needs, but he personally makes sure that I understand and am comfortable with any concerns I have. It is very nice to know that Dr. Bates cares about each of his patients and their health as much (or sometimes more) than we as patients do.
