Primary Care SUPERB / Patient Care

My purpose of providing this personal insight is to extoll Team MINTON. Active military, and looking at retirement, I wanted continuity of care. Commencing 2006 Dr. Stephen M. Minton has provided Patient Care for this 80 year old. I've presented challenges, replacement parts - 2x hips, shoulder and knee. BP control, weight counseling, as a patient I never wanted to show up for my annual evaluation in an overweight condition. CPAP & sleep studies, Quad Bypass , 3 Hernia episodes, Diabetes-evaluations & annual MDVIP assessments and to have Dr. Minton & his gifted staff just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you for this opportunity to express my ongoing appreciation for his SUPERB "continuity of care". He has visited me in the hospital, is always exceededing Information Technology (IT) advances. Recently my wife of 60 years presented me with hearing issues even though I use hearing aids--Dr. Minton during my recent Annual Assessment had me try a device amplifying my wife low voice--Technology works!
