Dr Frey has done an excellent job of preventive health care for me. In my early 50s when I daughter finished college softball, my Triglycerides went from 180 to 400. This was due to me coaching her and doing a lot of physical activity and not eating right, which was fine as long as I was that physically active. He caught it on the next physical.
