Physician & Friend

My family and I have known Dr. Max Peralta for over 22 years. Dr. Peralta is our Physician, Mentor, and Friend, and also he is like a part of our family. Dr. Peralta has been there for us always. At this past end of November, my mother suddenly stopped walking due to a lower back compression fracture, we didn't know what to do; I decided to call Dr. Peralta, and he helped us get Home Health Care Service immediately. Since then, he has been checking on us frequently. Dr. Peralta also, recommended we take my mom to West Pain Clinic so she can be seen quickly and be taken care of. Currently, my mother is recuperating thanks to his care. I am grateful to Dr. Peralta for all his hard work, and dedication and for being part of our lives.
