Personable & Professional

Dr. Mansfield is compassionate while being professional. Her personality makes you feel comfortable discussing any medical issues.

We have friends who see her, and we all say, “she is one of the smart girls”. She can break down each part of labs and explain what they mean in detail. If you ask her about a new medication prescribed from another physician; if she does not know enough about it, she researches it and gets back to you.

She always refers great specialists and surgeons and works very hard to get you into the best one. She and her staff continue to advocate for you until they prevail, when a drug company wants to substitute a generic when that’s not what you need.

Furthermore, she calls you after getting results of lab work or imaging, to explain the results.

When my wife and I contracted COVID-19 and were confined to home. She called each one of us every day to inquire about each and our feelings about the other's condition. She had us keep texting our blood oxygen, temperature, and BP to her.

When going over my results from one of my first “wellness exams”. She gave me the pages of printouts with the results. On many of the items there were happy faces or question marks (which meant to explain in detail) in pencil, which indicated she had spent time going over each item, prior to going over it with me. It was then, I knew we made the right choice by selecting her to be our new physician.

There are so many more. Briefly. When in ER, she talked to the ER doctor on the phone so she could explain what he was talking about to us. Visited the hospital to see my wife in person after a bad accident.

She is NOT one of the typical “Drive by Physicians”, who has minutes allocated to see you and is always running late for appointments.
