Patience of Jobe

Dr Poliak is a Saint. He sits down and takes the time to listen and explain everything! From all the tests that have been run and what we need to do to continue our way of life or how we can change our habits to extend our way of life and living. He is always available and answers within a moments notice. He helps my mom, my husband and myself. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Poliak. He really is a Saint! Thank you for all you do for our family! We are truly blessed to have you in our life!!
