Patience

I had become accustomed to being rushed, brushed off, and having my personal medical history ignored. Dr. Leech, on my first visit, gave me all the time I needed to express my concerns and to present my medical history. He did what no one else had ever done: listened. I would not trade him for any other doctor. This may not be a great or inspiring story for others, but it means the world to me.
