Our go to guy

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chen’s for over ten years. I was with him prior to MDVIP and it was an easy decision to follow him in this endeavor. I can’t count the number of times I have messaged this man during his off time to ask for help. He never complains or hesitates to help me to my satisfaction.

I am a gastric bypass patient, now 18 years post op. I have struggled with anemia for years and prior to seeing Dr. Chen NO ONE was able to help me. I was often dismissed because my hemoglobin levels were seemingly fine and most doctors considered it a bad case of neurosis. Dr. Chen took his time with me and found a severe iron deficiency that other doctors weren’t willing to look for. Then began to receive iron infusions regularly and as needed. This is merely one of the instances where he and his staff have come to my rescue.

I can’t imagine what my family and I would do without his help and expertise. I can’t argue the possibility of neurosis on my part, but I can his ability to help me with it. Whatever I, or anyone in my family have, he is our guy. I ask him what he thinks, where he thinks we should go and I trust it. His consistency and dedication to truly helping his patients is what keeps us coming back.
