How about when she calls me personally to deliver information. Or when she answers the phone at her office instead of staff?
Or when she calms me down in stressful situations…….Or her bright and cheerful personality always. Or her friendly, kind staff.
Her good working relationship with Dr Jennings ensures trust in both of them.
Her sense of humor and the time she spends with me instead of rushing me out the door.
Need I say more?
