Not just my doctor…also my friend!

Dr. Pratt always has time for us. He sits back in the chair and seems like we are the only people who matter at that moment. He never rushes us and calmly listens even when we get a bit off topic. He takes what we say seriously, asks questions and helps us find solutions…all without making us seem overly anxious, or stupid.
We always get a smile when we leave, and if we see him outside of our appointment times, he stops and spends a few minutes just greeting us and being kind, treating us like friends.
We had choices in picking a doctor, but we could not have made a better one!
