Not a Chronic Care clinic

My wife and I are able to obtain an acute care appointment that day. Or, if it is OK with us the appointment will be the next day. We are never rushed out the door with his hand on the doorhandle after a couple of minutes.
This is a real primary care clinic from the time when I was young.
Now the production line primary care clinics will offer you an acute care appointment in 20 days. These clinics should be called “Chronic Care Clinics”.
