No Walking, No Food

My son and I meet three days a week for what we call "Dinner and a Movie". We meet at his townhome and he cooks healthy food for dinner. But before I get fed he makes me walk to his place (about one-quarter mile) then he has me do 30 minutes on his treadmill. Then and only then do we watch a movie together and get to eat. And then of course I have to get home which involves a walk back the quarter mile to my townhouse. I truly believe this regiment helps keep me healthy and in better physical health than if my son didn't stay on my case! Pretty simple but effective.
