Dr. Peters, As my Father transitions into Hospice Care, I want to say for him and for me how much we appreciate your care and attention over these last many years. We are also both grateful that he will continue to be under your care as Primary during his Hospice experience. I am attaching a photo of us both from more vigorous days, circa mid-80s.
