A New Doctor after twenty plus years with the Wingels

Dr. Elizabeth Cerva took over the practice Mark and Deborah Wingel had for so many years . Dr. Deb has been more than a doctor to me through so many physical and psychological paths in my life ,that I never expected I would have to hug her goodbye and begin a new relationship with another physician. However Dr. Cerva has eased into my trust and comfort with such open arms that I am once again at peace with an amazing woman who gets me and truly shows caring for my well being. Her soothing voice and calming presence whether in the office or on phone contacts ,has given me once again the comfort I always felt with both Deb and husband Mark Wingel. She showed interest in my geriatric issues immediately upon my first sick visit back into the Hockessin office I call my health home. After several more visits and conference times, I feel totally at ease sharing all my woes with this gentle, caring lady. Not many of my many doctors greet me with a welcoming smile and walk me out with a hug and the assuredness that our meeting time was just not another appointment but a special sharing of knowledge and help towards healing. How grateful I am that she has made it possible for my husband and I to continue with MDVIP in our "health home".
