During Covid I was very bored. I love to cook and I love to be creative so I looked up recipes online and I cooked and I became creative and I gained 20 pounds.. a few months ago I couldn’t get my pants on and refused to buy new ones so I joined Weight Watchers. Healthy eating help me with the 20 pounds but I decided that I needed to do more so I committed myself to do 10,000 steps a day. I’m on my 140th day of 10,000 plus steps. Rain, sleet or snow I walk. I must confess I have fallen on the ice a couple of times but now because I am so healthy, I did not hurt myself . In addition to that I do pool exercises 3 times a week . I will be 82 years old in April and I feel fit and fabulous..
