My New Doctor

Three years ago I had to find a new doctor because mine retired. I found Dr. Rajan George and was to have my first physical with her in two weeks. About two weeks before the upcoming appointment for the physical, I developed a cough and fever. The same day I was scheduled for blood work in her office, she saw me and sent me for an -ray of my lungs. It was pneumonia and she prescribed an antibiotic. I had the physical two weeks later and my lungs were not clear. After another x-ray two weeks later, she set up an appointment with a pulmonologist. After seeing him and bronchoscope, I was diagnosed with Bronchiectasis and mycobacteria abscess.

The timing was just right that I had found a new doctor and she saw me right when I needed to be seen. She is very attentive whenever I have seen her and explains test results and answers questions. I feel very lucky to have her as my doctor.
