There have been several times when I needed help with a solution to my medical issue. However, the one that stands out the most is when I had a kidney stone and another doctor busted it up with sound waves. I was in cruetiating pain, vomiting and shaking. That doctor gave me some pain pills that were intended to alleviate my pain. When i took one I would have nausea within minutes and the pain pill would be expelled immediately. My wife was ready to take me to the ER. I asked my wife to give Dr Serio, my MDVIP doctor, a call well after hours. She explained the situation I was in and he provided me with an answer; take a Benadryl. That solution calmed my pain and I was able to go to sleep without any further issue.

That is what I like about the MDVIP doctor. You get a response when you need it without waiting hours in the ER or waiting until an office is open to get help!
