My Doctor Cares

My Doc, Marcus Griffin, is my favorite doctor because he truly cares. I’m 75, and I’ve seen many doctors. Dr. Griffen is my first who not only spends the time with me, he listens to me. When I first visited Dr. Griffen, about two years ago, I was transferring not only my medical records, but a particular chronic neck pain. I was terrible pain I could barely turn my head, which I was living with for nearly two and a half years prior. I had seen three other doctors, two were specialists, as well as two PT’s. After patiently hearing me out, his reassurance that we would find a solution, made me feel immediately better. He was going to find a solution, which he did! His philosophy is that we need to enjoy the time we have, and we need to enjoy our life with the best health possible.
I can add many other instances that he has come to my rescue, but just let me say, he’s there when I need him. Calling him at the office, and having his staff communicate my concerns, and assuring me he will call me after his current patient is so reassuring. He has responded to a few issues on a Sunday, as well as an infection while traveling in a third world country. I never had this care, attention, nor access to my personal care doctor before. I’m truly grateful for Dr. Griffin, my doctor who really cares about me…and I bet all his patients too!
