My Doctor

Dr Phelan started together when he had an office in Carlisle. He was a young doctor then, but I knew he would be my doctor as long as I lived or he was in practice. He would always listen to whatever was your problem and he never gave you any medicine you didn't need. Whenever there was an issue and he was not sure what to do he always sends me to someone that would know the answer. He was not big ion unnecessary shots or pills just because everybody said you should get them. There is no one special thing that I can say. It is just the Dr Phelan has been there and as far as I am concerned he is the best doctor I ever had.
