Dr Phelan is my doctor he’s my friend he’s my psychologist . Meaning he has been my doctor for almost 30 years way before MDVP . But he has alway helped me and my entire family. It doesn’t matter the situation he was always there no matter what the need physical or mental health he has always been the one we go to . We trust him and he does his job from his heart he cares .
