My Continuing Appreciation

I have been a very pleased patient of Dr. Clark’s for many years. When I received the letter from her in recent years saying that she was changing to a concierge format, I questioned whether I wanted or needed to remain with her. I realized that I did indeed want to remain her patient. I have always appreciated being able to reach Dr. Clark quickly with a question or a problem or for an appointment. Not too long ago, I had an acute need to see, or at least talk to, her. It may have even been over a weekend, and I learned that she was out of town. However, under the protocol now available in the concierge program, I very rapidly made contact with her and received the instruction and assurance I needed. That one experience made me most appreciative of the fact that I had remained with Dr. Clark and the value of her skills and attention to my health care. Her faithful and most responsive attention to my health concerns has been, and still is, repeated on multiple occasions and is a true blessing.
