Much love, appreciation and gratitude to a very, very special Doctor

Dearest Dr. Payne, since I am so shy and rarely open up, I just wanted to take this opportunity to say, I'm just CRAZY about you!!! The icing on the cake, is that you're younger than me, which gives me hope that I won't ever have to find a new doctor again. HOWEVER, I do have to express one negative feeling. I am still ped that you made me quit smoking and about the resulting 15 pounds that I gained. Although I have an appointment coming up, I'll go ahead and tell you, I still haven't lost the weight. Last, but not least, I am doing better about taking my cholesterol medicine. Your trusty and equally precious nurse, Melissa, threatened me.
