More Than a Doctor To Me

When my husband passed I decided to return to New Jersey after living in South Carolina for five years. I settled in south-central NJ and began a search for a new doctor. i already knew I would prefer a female physician and a friend told me about MDVIP. I liked the idea of having a doctor with a limited number of patients and one who would be there for me when I was in need. I interviewed the female doctors in my area. Upon meeting Dr. Bonnie Levin I knew she would be the doctor for me when she said "I would love to be your doctor". Her warmth and personality won me over in an instant. I felt as if we had been girlfriends since high school. During appointments we often share stories of our families and life experiences. She listens and shares, making me feel comfortable and cared for and every appointment ends with a hug. She is more than just a person to see when I am ill. Dr. Bonnie, as I call her, has been there on many occasions when I needed immediate response. I especially appreciate her proactive approach to medicine. Above all, I trust her intelligence and insight. Perhaps there is nothing extraordinary in my story but I believe I have found the best possible doctor for me in Dr. Bonnie Levin.
