More than a Doctor

Whenever I visit a doctor, I certainly want to know that he or she is the best in their area of expertise. But I also find that one of the most important parts of being a medical doctor is the doctor's ability to show care, concern, empathy, and trust for the patient. For me, being a good doctor means more than just knowing medicine, and Dr. Steven Horrocks fills that role perfectly. He not only will listen to what you are saying, but he will not be dismissive. Feeling as though you're being taken seriously as patient is something Dr. Horrocks is willing to offer. You can't beat that in a great doctor, and that he is.
