Migraines

When I first went to Dr. Johnson, I thought he was going to be like the dr's I've seen before and dismiss my symptoms. I told him I've been suffering from migraines since I was 5 yrs old. Was diagnosed when I was 10 or 11 yrs old. I thought he'd be like the other dr's and just automatically jump to the conclusion that I was drug seeking without even listening to me about the pain and how they affect my daily life. But, he did listen and we have found a medication that works fantastic for me and has actually cut down my migraines and shortened their span from days to hours, and their frequency from daily to maybe only once a month now . Life has gotten better now that i'm not holed up in a dark room with my head exploding.

Now, if only my insurance would cover the medication.
