A Melodie of Great Health Care

My MDVIP doctor, Melodie Phillips, M.D, always greets me with a huge smile and a wonderful, “Hello!” whenever I go for an appointment. Having a history of depression, this simple, sincere greeting each time I see her lets me know that I am as important to her, as she is to me. She has seen me through some pretty dark times, including a severe case of H1N1, in 2009, when I saw her at her office nearly daily for almost two weeks. With some lingering and debilitating long-term side effects from this awful flu, she has made certain that I seek out the best respiratory and immunology specialists in our area. And, the in-depth annual physical lets her keep track of my health weak points so she can coach me on the best lifestyle choices for me. Dr. Phillips is a fabulous internist, and I am glad to have a chance to sing her praises!
