Hello, I use an app called Medisafe. It is first a pill reminder, but so much more. It can check for interactions between medications. It also can check interactions of over the counter medication, and supplements. It is easy to set up, and use. There are other apps also. I highly recommend checking out a meditation app that will fit your needs. With an Android, or iPhone, you have a hand held computer that can give you a wealth of information.
