When the health assessment form was released on the MDVIP website I took the time to fill it out. This was 2 weeks prior to my wellness exam. unbeknownst to me Dr. Mary George reviews and applies them to the wellness exams. Dr. Mary George's concerns and results led her to a series of questions that ultimately saved my life. I have issues, and Dr. Mary George addressed them all. I am so Great full for Dr. George and her entire staff. Thank you Dr. George, your Awesome!!!
