Martin Poliak is the most knowledgeable doctor

Martin Poliak is the most knowledgeable doctor I have ever had. He always explains things very, very well.

A year and a half ago, he saved my life by predicting (several years earlier) that the signals reaching my heart chambers were not normal. He kept an eye on it for a couple of years, until my heart rate went down to 30 bpm. Then he rang the alarm bell and arranged an appointment with an electrocardiologist. In a relatively simple operation (or so it seemed when I was sedated) a pacemaker was installed and my heart rate has returned to normal.

Dr. Poliak is always very responsive to emails sent to him via the MDVIP portal. I read a lot about many subjects, often bringing up more pertinent ones to him when the opportunity presents itself. He usually knows the subject matter already, but the interchange of ideas and suggestions is stimulating.

I am at an age where most of the doctors I have had through the years have either passed away or retired. Martin Poliak is young enough so that I dont have to worry about those events ! Sincerely, John D.
