I have known Dr Neilan for several years, as an RN in the hospital where Dr Neilan and I both worked. Like most RNs I observed his care and patient outcomes as excellent, before I would ask him to care for me. I am retired and he is my, MD, confidant, and great listener..Medically excellent, he even laughs at my attempts at humor...I made the BEST CHOICE of Dr. Neilan...ABSOLUTELY!!
