A Man for All Seasons

My doctor, Bernard Plansky, is a most remarkable human being. I am continually amazed to find out how deeply respected by so many of his colleagues. He has an innate curiosity that propels him into learning more-and-more about who we are on all levels of our being.

There are many stories I could tell about him, but this is the one that comes forward among them all. I am an explorer of my inner world. On one occasion, I encountered what is called a "trauma structure" in my psyche. I am aware of the three primary schools of trauma therapy. Of the three, at the time, there were only practitioners of one of the schools in Rochester, NY, where I live. Most of them had completed the first level training, and a couple of them were in the second level training program. Only one person in Rochester had completed all three levels of training - Bernard Plansky!

Not only do I trust that he understands me on all levels of our being, he also seems to know all the best specialists in the area. I have always been pleased and impressed by the people he has referred me to. I could not hope for a better physician (one "...engaged in the study of the natural world;" "a person who cures moral or spiritual ills; a healer."
