Lucky to be growing older

At the age of 73, with a very active life, I began to experience some lower back, and hip pains. This had been a concern for several weeks. I visited Dr. Steven Ross to share my concerns. After a very quick review in his office, with no wait, he suggested inhouse X rays to see what is going on with my back and hips. I was assured after the visit that my hips were fine, and back pain was normal at my age and doing daily stretching, could possibly help. I do think the greatest solution to the problem was the assurance that this is normal, stay active, and focus on prevention. This entire process required less than an hour, to allow me to continue to do the things that I enjoy. Thank you Dr. Ross.
