Long Medical Relatioship

I have received care from my primary care physician for over 35 years. I have always received the best care and because of that, when he made the transition form a large practice to MDVIP I made the choice to follow his move to a new medical program. Because of our lengthy medical relationship he knows my medical history and health. He always takes special care to address my health needs. I feel very blessed to have him as my doctor.
