Living for my Grandchildren

I am soon to be 73. I have 5 grandchildren who are the most important people in the world to me. I love sports and have a great time playing all sports with my grandsons. I do fashion and make up with my granddaughters. My grandsons say to me “Grammy you need to live to 100” my mother died at 94. My sister died at 72. Dr. Kenny Vu is my inspiration for taking care of myself. I am thankful for his encouragement to be active. I have friends who can’t even walk a flight of steps. Also he is understanding of the sadness I have experienced in my life. He calms my fears and anxieties. He is a blessing!!
