Lifesaver!

I found my way to Dr. Hartvigsen during a very scary time a year ago when I had an ear infection that would not go away and later turned into something more serious with mini heart attacks and a medley of weird symptoms. I had been turned away by every doctor I was seeing, even Urgent Care and I did not know what to do. I truly never realized that you could be in a potentially life threatening condition and not be able to get medical help. Thankfully a friend suggested I try another private doctor in the MDVIP network and while they were overly full with patients, they cared enough to help me find a colleague that could take me on- Dr. Hartvigsen. I called that evening, imagining that I would just leave a message and pray that they called me back first thing in the morning but Dr. H actually answered the phone himself(when does that ever happen these days?)! He reassured me that he would not turn me away and that he would thoroughly evaluate me and run any and all tests needed to get to the bottom of my condition. From that day on, he has been a steady and straight forward doctor who is efficient yet completely listens to any and all symptoms and provides clear guidance and direct answers. Thank you Dr. H for practicing medicine the way it should be practiced!
