Lifelong care!

It all began at Mitchell Elementary school in Muncie, Indiana when Dr. Paul Hamori was a young student and I was his school nurse. Fast-forward to 2022 when he helped his patient (me) celebrate my 100th birthday! Dr. Hamori has been my doctor for many, many years and we have reminisced about those years at Mitchell Elementary repeatedly. Over the years, Dr. Hamori has had a special place in our family as he has guided and cared for me through numerous medical issues. We joke that I have nine lives, but we genuinely think Dr. Hamori gave me a few extra through his exceptional care. When I fell and broke my hip just days before my 100th birthday, he came to the house to acknowledge her special day. That meant so much! And when we were able to have the big party that had been delayed, Dr. Hamori and his team were there to celebrate alongside us. We couldn't be more thankful to have a doctor and his team who are with us through both the happiest and the hardest of times! At 102 years old, I send my heartfelt appreciation to my favorite student and doctor.
