Dr. David Nierenberg has been my physician for over 10 years. He recently joined the MDVIP program. I have had a by-pass surgery 20 years ago and my blood analysis always revealed that cholorestol, LDL, HDL, and triglycerides were all within acceptable guidelines. After he became a member of the MDVIP group of physicians, he beganb to send my blood samples to the Cleveland Heart Institute for analysis. As a result, I had several indicators that revealed I could have blockage in my arteries. He had me take a Stress test on my heart. This test revealed that I needed two heart stints, one on the right side and one on the left side of my heart. These were completed, using my wrists as entry points. Had I been with most any other doctor, they would have concluded that my heart was not in danger, and I could have had a heart attack or stroke. Dr. Nierenberg uses all information at his disposal to make correct and predictive anyalysis of my health condition. I am greatful that I've lessened my cardiac risk and that Dr. Nierenberg is my internal medicine physician.
